Terms & Conditions
A late fee will be charged
on overdue loans. If your pawn is over $25 a certified
letter will be sent to you upon expiration of the pawn and
you will incur a charge. The pawnbroker shall at the time
of making the loan, deliver to the person pawing or
pledging any article, a ticket containing an account and
description of the article(s) pawned or pledged, the amount
of money loaned theron, the time of the pledging the same,
the rate of interest to be paid on such loan, and the name
and residence of the person pawning or pledging each
article, and no charge shall be made by the Pawnbroker for
such ticket.
SEE M.G.L. 140.S.78. Articles left in
the pawn may be sold four months from the date of
pawn. The proceeds of the sale shall be applied to pay
the debt, and the expenses of the sale, and any
surplus shall be paid to the party entitled thereto on
demand. No articles above the value of $25.00 shall be
sold except by public auction;

pawnbroker shall make or receive any extra charge or
fee for the storage, care, or safekeeping on any
goods, article, or things pawned by him.
There will be a $5.00 charge for lost pawn slips.
